Description A heavy coated basic iron powder type low hydrogen electrode for welding of 2025 Cr - 1Mo creep resistant steels for elevated temperature service upto 600 0 C. The electrode is having very good operating characteristics like smooth and steady arc, slag detachability. The electrode can be used easily in positions. Weld deposit is of high radiographic soundness.
Application Welding of plates, sheets, pipes, and tubes of low alloy 2025 Cr - 1 Mo creep resistant steel like German 10 Gr Mo 9 and 10 Cr Si Mo V7 and equivalent grades of steels for use in thermal power plants, Chemical Plants, Oil Refinery, valve manufacturing, repair of high tensile steel casting etc.
