Description: A heavy basic coated powder type low hydrogen low alloy, radiographic, weld deposit electrode display very good operating characteristics like smooth and steady arc and easy slag detachability, high toughness at subzero temp.
Principal Application: Joining and building up of low carbon, medium and high tensile steel and fine grained steel under stress condition. Also used as buffer layer prior to hard facing. Storage tanks, pressure vessels, earth moving m/c’s, penstocks etc.

Description: A heavy basic coated iron powder type low hydrogen electrode for welding of carbon-molybdenum creep resistant steels of 0.5 Mo for creep resistance upto 530’C. The electrode is having very good operating characteristics and slag detachability. Weld deposit is of high radiographic soundness.
Principal Application: Welding of plates, sheets, pipes and tubes of low alloy creep resistance steel such as 17Mn, 19Mn, 15Mn and equivalent grades used in boilers, power plant, oil refineries etc.

Description: A low hydrogen electrode for welding of 1 Cr – 0.5 Mo types of creep resistance steels for elevated temperature services upto 560’C. The electrode is having very good operating characteristics, controlled molten slag-metal pool and easy slag detachability.
Principal Application: Welding of plates, sheets, pipes and tubes of low alloy creep resistance steel like ASTM A 182-F2, F11, F12, A387-2, 11, 12, A213-T2, T11, T12, A335-P2, P11, 12 and German steels 13 Cr Mo 5 and equivalent grades used in boilers, power plant, oil refineries etc.
