CLASSIC LH-7018 AWS., A5.1 : E7018

Description: A heavy coated basic – iron powder type hydrogen controlled electrode with very good operating characteristics in flat and other positions. The electrode produces a smooth arc with least spatter and highly controlled molten slag – metal weld pool. The slag detachability is very good and bead is smooth, even shaped and finally rippled. Weld deposit is more than 110% and of high radiographic soundness.

Principal Application:General fabrication, ship, heavy duty structure, earth moving equipment, rotary kiln shell, pressure vessel, boiler, blast furnace.
