CLASSIC LOW HEAT-G1

Description: A medium coated specially formulated low heat input electrode for welding of mild and medium spatter and reduced current. The slag is easily detachable and the deposit is of radiographic quality.

Principal Application: Fabrication and repairing of railway components eg: buckles, gears, cases, protector tubes, door patches, side panels, end wall patches etc. of rolling stocks and locomotive. Also suitable for tanks, pipes, sheet metalwork etc.

CLASSIC LOW HEAT-Ni1

Description: A basic heavy coated specially formulated low heat input electrode for welding of medium to high tensile steels. The electrode operates with a smooth arc, minimum spatter and deposit is having high radiographic soundness

Principal Application: Fabrication and repairing of railway components eg: bogies-both cast and fabricated. Also suitable for welding of medium and high tensile and tough steel. Grade Fe 330 to IS: 5986 or equivalent and for repair or cast steel to IS: 1030 Grade 200-400W.

Description: A low heat input, hard-facing electrode with superior resistance to abrasion and metal-to-metal friction wear. The weld metal is highly suitable to resist scratching and grinding abrasion. Controlled molten slag metal weld pool and slag detachability.

Principal Application: Reclamation of mixer blades of oil expellers, bucket tips, excavator teeth, concrete mixture blades, dippers, plough shares, cement die rings, muller tyres, scrapper blades, screw conveyor, stone crusher etc.

Description: A special purpose low heat input super alloy depositing weld metal having excellent resistance to deformation at high temperatures. The deposit is machinable with carbide tools. Suitable for surfacing for hot forging dies and repairing of hot working tools.

Principal Application: Drop forging dies, Punches and inserts.

CLASSIC SPL. 3030 RF

Description: Superior heavy coated special purpose arcing electrode designed to produce globular transfers of metals. Metals displays high coefficient of friction resistance and provides extremely good bonding of droplets on sugarcane rollers. The rough droplets on rolls increase cane crushing rate and so yield.

Principal Application: Sugarcane crusher rollers etc.

Used for nickel alloys, hast alloys, illiums and dissimilar steels.

Principal Application: Hot forging components, shear blades, hot trimming dies, die stamps, pickling tanks, acid pipe lines, pumps, guide shoes of hot rolling mill, tube mill, offshore, furnace etc.
